Limitation of Liability

No user may copy, distribute, license, or modify these materials without written authorization. Any unauthorized use may trigger civil or criminal penalties under Swiss intellectual property law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising in connection with the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by mandatory local regulations.
Termination of Access
HomeLegalGuidePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, without notice, if there is a breach of these Terms, misuse of legal materials, or suspected fraudulent activity. Termination does not waive the user's obligation to settle outstanding payments or preserve confidentiality of received materials.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of legal consultations, refunds are only granted in cases where no service was provided or no legal engagement commenced. For ongoing subscriptions or packaged services, cancellation is possible at any time, with termination effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to internal review.
Modifications to the Terms

Effective Date
